TAXES & FEES

All our service charges are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian law. If you wish to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC), you must provide your valid GSTIN at the time of payment. We cannot issue revised invoices after payment is made.

Any additional government fees related to business incorporation, licenses, permits, trademarks, or any regulatory filing will be communicated in advance. These charges are separate from our professional fees and will be collected before submission to the concerned authorities.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND

Once payment is made, services are considered initiated, and no cancellation or refund will be processed unless Inc It. fails to deliver the committed service. Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of Inc It. management after internal review.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Except where explicitly stated, Inc It. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. Service delivery timelines are indicative and dependent on government response times and user cooperation.
