Refund Policy

At Inc It., we are dedicated to offering dependable and high-quality services for business registration, licensing, tax, and compliance. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if you are not completely happy with our service, please let us know. We will do our best to resolve the issue, issue a refund, or offer credit for future services.

If you're unhappy with any of our services, please write to us at officialincit@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email ID
  • Name of the service
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for dissatisfaction

Once we receive your request, a member of our support team will contact you to review and address the issue. Please note that while we aim to resolve delays or issues caused on our side, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by government authorities or due to incomplete or incorrect documents submitted by the client.

30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of making the payment. However, please note that once our team has started working on your service or shared deliverables, Inc It. considers its service obligation fulfilled.

All approved refunds will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

Change of Service

If you wish to switch to another service after making a payment, you may request a change within 7 days of the original payment. The difference in service charges will be adjusted accordingly.

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, simply send an email to officialincit@gmail.com with the required transaction and service details. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 weeks, depending on the payment method and bank timelines.

Responsibility for Government Fees and Penalties

Once the service process has started, clients are fully responsible for:

  • Accuracy and completeness of the information submitted
  • Payment of any government fees, taxes, or penalties
  • Uploading or sharing required documents in a timely manner

Inc It. is not liable for penalties, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Services Affected by External Factors

While we do our best to ensure smooth service, certain factors are outside our control. These include:

  • Rejection of applications by authorities (e.g. MCA, Trademark, GST, FSSAI)
  • Server downtimes or delays from government portals
  • Changes in laws, documentation, or application processes by government bodies

Such scenarios are not eligible for refunds.

Third-Party & Partner Services

Some services may involve work carried out by our network of independent professionals or third-party experts. Refunds are not applicable for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers not directly employed by Inc It.

Force Majeure

Inc It. shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government lockdowns or policy changes
  • Public emergencies or health crises (e.g., pandemics)
  • War, strikes, riots, or civil unrest

No refunds will be issued for delays or disruptions caused by such unforeseen events.
