At Inc It., safeguarding the confidentiality and privacy of our clients is one of our highest priorities. We are fully committed to protecting the information you share with us throughout our engagement. This Confidentiality Policy outlines how we handle client data and our practices around information security.

Key Commitments

  • We do not disclose client information to any third party without prior written consent.
  • We do not use our client's brand name, logo, or identity in our marketing or promotional material unless explicitly permitted in writing.
  • We do not share client details or experiences with other prospective clients for marketing or sales references.
  • We do not sell, rent, or distribute our client database to any third party under any circumstance.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

By working with Inc It., clients may share sensitive and proprietary information with us. To protect this data, the following terms form the basis of our Confidentiality Agreement:

Scope of Confidential Information

Confidential Information may include—but is not limited to—details related to inventions, technical data, business ideas, drawings, research, product plans, services, customer lists, marketing strategies, financial information, projections, trade secrets, and business models, whether explicitly labeled "confidential" or not.

Use and Disclosure

Inc It. will restrict the disclosure of such Confidential Information only to those within our organization (including directors, employees, and authorized service partners) who need access for service delivery. These individuals are also bound by confidentiality obligations. We will not disclose this information externally unless legally required to do so (e.g. by court order or regulatory demand).

Exceptions

The obligations under this policy shall not apply to information that:

  • Was already in Inc It.'s possession before disclosure by the client;
  • Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of Inc It.;
  • Is received from a third party who is not bound by a confidentiality obligation;
  • Is independently developed by Inc It. without reference to the client's information;
  • Is disclosed with the client's written approval.

Modifications

Any changes to this Confidentiality Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Inc It. and the client.

Enforceability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforced. Unenforceable terms will be revised only to the extent required to make them valid.

Client Responsibility

Clients are also responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of any credentials, files, or information shared by us for service access. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of such information may result in civil or legal consequences.
